After days of brainstorming and hours of photoshopping, the header and footer (in case you didn't notice) are the end results of my first self-designed layout for Blogger. So very the bangga...... *U* I know the layout is plain and simple, but I haven't study the new xml coding for new Blogger yet, therefore I had to borrow and modify a bit here and there from my previous layout which I took from Final Sense.

Since it's my first layout, I thought I should debut it together with my Juancho (the wet, topless hombre staring at me you in the header), whom I haven't fully introduce in this blog yet. But, I had expressed my obsession towards him in every way in my past blog. Good times....good times.....>=}

The Cha Cha Cha is over!

I was speechless, thoughtless and opinionless when they were gone....out....eliminated!! In case you wonder, (duhhhhhh of course you're wondering) I'm whining about my new all time favourite team, the ones and only Oswald and Danny.

Anyways, I'll recap on their journey to winning US$1 million elimination.

Leg 9

Departing last from the pit stop in Malaysia, Oswald and Danny headed to KLIA to take a flight to the next destination, Hong Kong. At the airport, they went to the MAS office early and were first on the Standby List. Then, they headed to China Airlines office and got themselves in the first flight to Hong Kong, hence offered their MAS standby reservation code to Charla and Mirna.

Arriving in Hong Kong in first place, Oswald and Danny, with very limited funds, took the taxi to Sun Wah Kiu Laundry and opened their clue to find the second of two Fast Forwards on the race. In this Fast Forward, Teams had to travel five miles to a film set where a high-speed stunt was being filmed for an action movie. When they arrived, they had to get in a car with a professional stunt driver and participate in an action-packed stunt sequence. Danny seemed excited about the stunt, while Oswald wasn't too aroused by it and instructed the driver, "You have to do a good job here. My mother wants me back." As Danny was amused by his friend, Oswald continued, "If I wet these pants, they're the only clean pair of pants that I brought." They hung on their dear life as the car flew through the air and landed right side up. They exited the car unscathed, drove to the pit stop and won a trip back to Hong Kong (the place that made them 'infamous' in Season 2) for the CNY for arriving in first place (but with zero funds).

Leg 10

I'm not gonna write the intricate details of this leg cos it was a very depressing leg, where Oswald and Danny departed the pit stop in Hong Kong from first place to arriving at the pit stop in Macau in last place. Due to desperation for money, they made a deal with the Beauty Queens by accepting money in exhange for yielding Eric and Danielle (their 2nd time being yielded...^@^).

However, karma 'bit them in the asses' in the form of a bad (not to mention clueless and lousy) taxi driver when they chose to do the dragon boat task (a stroll down memory lane for them, which they performed a task with a dragon costume during Season 2 in Hong Kong). In frustration, Oswald joked, "God grant me the patience to withstand the things I cannot change and the intelligence to hide the body of this man once I'm done killing him."

Their nightmare continued thence until they reached the mat. Fortunately, a tiny bit of luck was on their side as it was a non-elimination leg. Being marked for elimination, it was their last chance to bring themselves to the final three and with a possibility to win the US$1 million.

Leg 11

Another depressing and most disappointing leg of all, where it all ended for Oswald and Danny as they were eliminated from the race and came in 4th place.....again (the same as Season 2).

Although they managed to board the same flight with the other teams from Tokyo to Guam, still there was very slim chance for them to overcome the 30 minutes penalty and be in the final three teams. With the 2 tasks that required the use of physical strength and GPS respectively, there was even slimmer chance for them to come in 3rd. As Danny mentioned in the Finish Line, "If you're ever lost, don't give us a GPS to find you coz we won't find you." (they also had the same trouble using the GPS at Ushuaia, Argentine to look for the clue in the glaciers)

Even though they came in last, they hadn't lose their wit to the last second as Danny commented, "To be able to go through this and survive it twice leads me to believe that I will have Oswald in my life always. He'll be pushing the wheelchair as I'm going into the home, the gay nursing home that I'm going to open up." Oswald added, "Hopefully by then he won't speak so much that he'll be interrupting me every time I say something."

WAIKIKIKIKIKI...BUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Ai Dios mio! They're soooooooo fun to watch. Every scene that had them made me laugh non-stop for a few seconds. I love how they brought themselves throughout the race. They were hilarious, kindhearted, well-mannered, optimistic, and not to mention.....gay. >=}They were very open about being gays and wasn't embarrassed to share their gayness with the viewers.

Honestly, watching them racing has brought me to believe that life is not just about perfection and success. Sometimes we need failure to excite our lives as well as better ourselves, but to overcome it we have to persevere and have fun at the same time. Also they had showed the true meaning of friendship, where they stroke each other as much as possible, they rarely bicker over petty things (except the cookies and newspaper tasks), they respect and understand each other's need of space, they tolerate each other's wackiness and eccentricities, and most importantly....they love doing dirty things together! Besides that, they had proved the existence of karma in the 10th leg. At the beginning of the race, they kept emphasizing about the importance of karma and how they tried to race fair and square without cheating or backstabbing. Alas, in the 10th leg, it was karma vs no money that eliminated them, and they had proved...again that money is the root of all evil.

I'm glad I knew their existence few days before my semester 3 final exam. Amusing myself with their long list of videos while doing my revision was very effective in distressing myself and forget about reality, except I had panic attack the day before Malaysian Studies paper because I spent more time watching than reading. ^@^ Good times...good times....

Despite their elimination, I must say, the novelty hasn't worn off.......yet. As for now, I have no reason to watch the final episode of TAR tomorrow. I'll just wait for the update at CBS.

With Dustin and Kandice, Charla and Mirna, and Eric and Danielle racing their ways into winning US$1 million, I shall root for Charla and Mirna since they were extremely nice towards Oswald and Danny and being their abrasive selves all the while...and also because Oswald and Danny were rooting for them too! ^@^ For the last few legs, I noticed Dustin and Kandice just danced their way through the tasks and came into 1st place, whereas for Eric and Danielle, they had to go through hell.....I mean 2 yields and a marked for elimination to reach into 2nd place. Not bad.....

Before I conclude, I just realized that Oswald and Danny won their first prize in the race in 4th leg, the number of Roadblocks each performed are 4, they came in 4th positions 4 times, and ended at 4th position. Wow.....the curse of the number 4. fyi, number 4 is my favourite and so-called lucky number. They were so close, yet so far. According to Oswald in Finish Line, "It's like going on a date, and going off through a foreplay and once you get him in bed, he just gets up, gets dressed and goes away." Well said!

Another day to go and my first semester break of the year is over. I wasted most of it doing nothing productive, just the daily routines - eating, napping and late night til early morning surfing. I didn't catch a lot of sleep this time coz I had a few errands to do in the morning, and therefore I couldn't hibernate throughout the break. Damn!

On a lighter note, I've received my results, enrolled and paid the fees for semester 4. Fyi, only at Inti College Sarawak that the students receive a letter (more of a reminder) of the fees for the next semester way before the final exam of the current semester begins. WTBF??!! As quoted from a phrase written on one of the tables, I love Inti, but Inti loves my money. Props to whoever scribbled this. That's a real good one. ^@^

On a darker note, my timetable for this semester is screwed up! Thinking that I'm done with my LAN subjects, meaning no more nightclasses, turns out my nightmare has just started. One of the 4 subjects that I'm taking will be taught by a substitute, thus 2 nightclasses will be conducted every week. From 1 nightclass a week to 2 nightclasses?!!?!? Also to make it worse, there'll be a class every Saturday! Ugh! Bloody bastards!!!!

of late, my legs are itching for no apparent reason. whenever i sit down and rest my legs, i start to feel imaginable tiny little microscopic creatures biting and chewing my hairy skin. ai dio!!!!! so freakin' itchy!!! *scratch garu scratch garu*

anyways, i feel i lack maturity for my age. instead of visiting kiddy sites like disney, nickelodeon, neopets, barbie, gaia online etc, i think i need to visit more educational adult websites to broaden my innocent mind........
